How the pricing works
Free trial
Free to start
You get the real product, not a stripped-down demo — every feature is unlocked for the length of your trial. There's no separate free tier to learn first; what you try is exactly what you'd be paying for.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get full access to Sweatmeal Pro for the length of the trial — training-aware targets, unlimited coach chat and meal scans, and wearable sync — before you pay anything.
How much does Sweatmeal cost?
After the free trial, Sweatmeal is a paid subscription. We don't publish a number here because App Store pricing varies by region and can change — you'll see the exact price on the App Store screen before you're ever charged.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or from the App Store app. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for — no separate cancellation flow inside Sweatmeal.
Does it work without a wearable?
Yes. Sweatmeal estimates your daily burn from your body stats and activity, then refines it from your weight trend over time. Connecting a Whoop, Strava, Oura, Ultrahuman, or Apple Health gets you the most accurate targets, but a wearable is not required.
What do I lose if I don't subscribe?
Everything. Sweatmeal doesn't have a limited free tier — the calorie number, meal logging, the coach, and wearable sync are all part of the same subscription, not add-ons. The free trial exists so you can use the whole product before deciding it's worth paying for.
Is Sweatmeal on Android?
Not yet. iOS is available now, with the free trial built in, and Android is coming soon. We expect the same model there — a free trial, then a subscription through your app store — but that isn't confirmed yet.
